流體流經(jīng)管道是化工廠(chǎng)、煉油廠(chǎng)和翰送管線(xiàn)中常見(jiàn)的事。事實(shí)上活塞流假定一般并不正確,它可能離開(kāi)正確的模型非常遠以致導得無(wú)用的結果。但是在更通常的情況下應用較小的修正,以便獲得有用的結果。
流體流經(jīng)管道是化工廠(chǎng)、煉油廠(chǎng)和翰送管線(xiàn)中常見(jiàn)的事。事實(shí)上活塞流假定一般并不正確,它可能離開(kāi)正確的模型非常遠以致導得無(wú)用的結果。但是在更通常的情況下應用較小的修正,以便獲得有用的結果。近年來(lái),關(guān)于這方面的課題已有大妞文獻發(fā)表。對這方面工作的某些結論將予以討論,為此我們將研究某一非反應的示蹤物初局限于一垂直于圓管軸的圓平面內所出現的情況。示蹤物料是隨著(zhù)流體沿管流動(dòng)而出現分散作用,并且當它經(jīng)過(guò)在下游的觀(guān)察者時(shí)(或從管端流出時(shí)),可以測量它的濃度,并用來(lái)確定逗留時(shí)間分布(即如脈沖訊號實(shí)驗所示),我們還將討論這種逗留時(shí)間分布對管內進(jìn)行化學(xué)反應所造成的影響。
首先考慮把一種非擴散性示蹤物注入層流流動(dòng)的牛頓型流體的情況。
假設形成拋物線(xiàn)型的速度分布(這里不考慮入口長(cháng)度的影響),在徑向位置處的線(xiàn)速度,
換句話(huà)說(shuō):僅1%的流體,其通過(guò)時(shí)間超過(guò)lot,或五倍于平均is留時(shí)間。
